Shipping options
The shipping options that we have to offer are standard, express, and overnight. You can choose from these three.
Cost of delivering your orders
We offer free delivery of your medicine if you have opted for Standard delivery of your parcel while ordering. However, we will charge you some money if you choose for express and overnight delivery of your medicine.
Estimated time is taken to complete your order
We need approximately three to five working days to process and complete your order in case of Standard shipping. And if you opted for the express shipping option, it will take two to three working days to deliver your parcel. However, in the case of the overnight shipping option, we are liable to deliver your medicines within the next 24 hours.
Payment options
You can pay for your order via different payment modes. You can either pay us digitally or pay when you receive your medicine(cash on delivery). But in the challenging times of COVID-19, we request our customers to pay us digitally and help us to encourage contactless transactions.
Return and refund policy
